Home to Home Transitions is a company rooted in compassion. After years of caring for her father with Alzheimer’s, Jean Graves saw firsthand the need for a service that would take the burden from the elderly and their caregivers when moving became necessary. In 1995, Jean’s experience became her business.
Focusing on the special care involved in senior moves, Jean later expanded her services to include young professionals who are often juggling careers and young families, clients who are “upsizing” as well as those acquiring vacation residences.
